Introduction:
We are hiring a Content & Platform Quality Manager to act as the guardian of quality and consistency across our MBI platform. The role combines content governance, process definition, and quality reviews, with potential to expand over time as our governance needs evolve.
The Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global gateway to business insights, thought leadership, and data visualization tools-leveraging clients' portfolio data. It unifies access to over 30 Mastercard Services solutions through a seamless, personalized user experience. Like a marketplace, users can explore, subscribe to, and interact with services available in their region via a single access point.
Role Overview:
The Content & Platform Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the platform through both functional/business testing and content audits. The role includes:
Defining and implementing quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
Conducting content quality reviews to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and alignment with MBI standards (UX design, content).
Acting as the governance / control point for published content, ensuring consistency across pages and compliance with standards.
Designing and executing UAT by coordinating acceptance reviews, tracking issues, and working with the platform team throughout release cycles.
Producing quality reports and dashboards to monitor issues, ensure timely resolution and keep stakeholders aligned.
Collaborating closely with UX, product, and platform teams to address issues, propose improvements, and maintain high-quality standards.
Skills:
Quality reviews & validation: ability to coordinate UAT, track issues, and follow up on resolutions.
Content auditing: skilled at reviewing copy and structure for clarity, accuracy, and user comprehension.
Process definition & governance: capacity to establish and maintain quality standards and workflows.
Reporting & communication: able to prepare clear updates and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders.
UX & design awareness: familiarity with design guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.
Cross-functional collaboration: experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as more technical teams, UX, and product teams.
Attention to detail & organization: strong focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Digital Communications, Engineering or related fields (if combined with governance/operations experience).
5+ years of experience in content/ platform quality management, governance, or digital operations.
Proven ability to design and implement processes that improve quality and consistency.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
