What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 QA engineers, driving quality across product releases.
- Define and evolve QA strategies, processes, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality for new features and updates.
- Own and optimize the testing infrastructure, improving test coverage and speeding up release cycles.
- Ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability standards before launch.

Who are you?
- You have 6+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- You know how to build QA processes for web applications, combining manual and automated testing.
- You bring expertise with RobotFramework, JMeter, and CI/CD environments like GitLab CI.
- You are fluent in French and English, with strong communication and team leadership skills.
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to deliver results in an agile environment.
