The Quality Assurance Manager oversees quality standards to ensure Canacre delivers the highest quality product and service. Duties include data analysis, managing product testing, enforcing strict adherence to Job/Project Specifications, training and coaching of new personnel and daily monitoring of all Quality factors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing the established Quality Standards for production and service.
- Monitoring Quality Testing and identifying gaps in testing.
- Handling Quality Reports and Closeout Documentation.
- Collecting and analyzing Quality Assurance Data.
- Working with Materials and Logistics to ensure the Quality of Materials.
- Onsite Inspections ensuring Specification obligations.
- Creating working relationships with Operating Units to facilitate continuous production deadlines.
- Utilizing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to generate Structure Folders to satisfy Client expectations.
- Applying time management skills to reduce go backs for completed Structures.
- Working in conjunction with Operating Unit’s Project Management, Superintendents and Foremen to facilitate seamless documentation handover to include but not limited to As-builts, Structure Grounds, Wire pulling data and Property Damage Reports.
- Photographing completed Structures including Restoration and Reclamation for submittal.
- Updating personnel on changes and additions to Project Book information through photographic evidence, specifications, and designs to stay abreast of Client/Industry requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or relevant Study.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance professional.
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience.
- Proven ability to effectively manage people and projects.
- Experience with global quality management and customer/supplier quality liaison responsibilities preferred.
