We are seeking an experienced Global Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and improve the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Management System across global operations. This role will ensure compliance with ISO standards, coordinate audits, drive continuous improvement, and support a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HSEQ Management System

  • Own and maintain the global HSEQ Management System.

  • Ensure consistent management system practices across all locations.

  • Update processes and documentation to meet business, customer, and compliance requirements.

  • Support management reviews and system performance evaluations.

Audit Management

  • Manage the global internal audit program.

  • Coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits.

  • Support sites with audit planning, execution, and corrective action closure.

  • Monitor audit findings and share best practices across locations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

  • Support resolution of quality issues and non-conformities.

  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.

Training & Capability Development

  • Develop and deliver training on management systems, internal auditing, ISO standards, and quality principles.

  • Train and coach internal auditors.

  • Support onboarding related to quality and compliance requirements.

Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and track HSEQ KPIs.

  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.

  • Monitor audit performance, corrective actions, training completion, and system maturity.

Site Support

  • Act as the global point of contact for HSEQ management system requirements.

  • Support sites in maintaining effective and compliant management systems.

  • Drive collaboration and consistency across locations.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Quality Management, HSEQ, Auditing, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience managing ISO-certified management systems and external audits.

  • Strong knowledge of corrective actions, non-conformance management, and root cause analysis.

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives in a global or multi-site environment.

  • Successful maintenance of ISO certifications.

  • Effective execution of audit programs and timely closure of corrective actions.

  • Improved management system performance and consistency across sites.

  • Increased employee awareness of quality and continuous improvement practices.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Skills Required

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Management, HSEQ, Auditing, or related functions within a manufacturing environment
