About the Role
- Work in a safe and controlled manner – by using PPE as required, follow all Safety, GLP’s, GMP’s and security guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Assist shift staff and handle schedule changes.
- Deal with problem/questions/concerns by providing direction.
- Collect samples and conduct analytical testing for the RO system, finished syrup, finished beverage, packaging, net content, coding compliance, and sensory.
- Adhere to analytical testing requirements, methods, and frequencies.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on lab equipment as necessary.
- Perform microbiological sample collection, filtering, incubation, and interpretation of the results.
- Calibrate lab equipment.
- Send beverage samples to parent company.
- Raw materials receiving and inspection (CO2 and Nitrogen).
- Self-directed in the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Completion of tasks per written procedures and as direct by Quality Assurance Manager.
- Ability to cross train in Quality Assurance lab, blending and sanitation.
- Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot, and solve issues.
- Knowledge of filling process.
- Assist new hires/co-workers in Quality Assurance functions, program evaluation and improvement process.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum high school education or GED.
- Previous experience as a Lead person or related leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, write and communicate.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
