The objectives of this project are to:

Develop a review process of all OJTs for the quality assurance department to ensure compliance with PCI GMP Training Program by implementing Job Instruction Breakdowns

The scope of this project includes:

  • Procedural requirements as indicated in corporate and site-specific SOPs, WIs, and Policies.
  • OJTs for the quality assurance department Assess the need for Job Instruction Breakdown sheets for Validation, QC Microbiology, and QC Analytical departments.
  • Observe OJT from qualified trainers
  • Creation of individual job instruction breakdown sheets for each OJT in the quality assurance department.
  • Creation of individual job instruction breakdown sheets for OJTs in the Validation, QC Microbiology, and QC Analytical departments, if time allows
