Location: Interlomas' General Offices
Duration: 12-18 months
Work schedule: part-time with flexible working hours
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Profile: Candidates should be studying their 1st degree related to Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or a relevant field.

About the role: The LA MO QA Intern will lead improvement projects within the Latin America Market Operations, focusing on enhancing site and process efficiency. The intern will identify losses and implement innovative solutions by collaborating with teams in warehouse, transport, and customization operations. This role involves integrating creative ideas to address quality issues, ensuring compliance, and preventing business disruptions in the market. As a Quality Assurance ambassador, the intern will enable business success through effective quality management practices.
What kind of internship projects you can expect?
Some of your tasks will be:
Lead improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes in LA Market Operations.
Identify operational losses and develop innovative strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and customization teams to implement effective solutions.
Serve as a liaison between Quality Assurance and operational teams, promoting a culture of quality.

Job Qualifications
Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas' General Offices.
Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027
English Advanced (will be evaluated).
Data Management: Proficient in analyzing data to generate insights that support quality improvement initiatives.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to define strategies and develop step-by-step plans to achieve goals and solutions.
Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
Real passion for building new solutions.
Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility.
