Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years
Education in: Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Test Automation using Playwright and specifically writing code in Javascript and Python
- Exposure in Performance testing using JMeter
- Experience in API Automation testing, Specifically Postman/Playwright or RestAssured alongside SOAP/REST
- Strong Manual testing capabilities to derive Functional, End to End, Integration cases
- Experience in executing and monitoring automated test suites with Jenkins execution
- Experiencce in any Project management tools like Trello/Rally/ADO
- Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes for testing environments.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative code reviews.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and their respective testing/deployment pipelines.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for testing a feature and or a small feature set. Contributes to the team and works with direction from Senior Team Members or management.

- Break down problems and estimates time for quality related tasks
- Demonstrate increasing expertise in application domain and functional areas
- Apply various testing types and methodologies effectively during SDLC
- Take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Work independently and delivers testing and use case creation which meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Write effective tests according to best practices so that crucial functional requirements are verified, and tests remain valid when code is refactored
- Collaborate with Quality Leaders in creating test plans
- Contributes to the definition of quality metrics and follows established best practices and coding patterns
- Design and implement strategies for managing complex test data across multiple environments.
