Job Description

Lead the Quality Assurance process to ensure the achievement of quality compliances and customer satisfaction. Provide Quality Assurance support and coordinate in resolving potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Customer Quality Issues and Internal Quality issues to drive Corrective & Preventive Actions.
  • Facilitate Quality Planning Process [PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Quality Gate] for new process setup.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Analyze, compile, review Quality Metrics, and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Perform Quality Audits to ensure compliances, process effectiveness, and elimination of Quality Risks.
  • Coordinate Change Control, RMA, SPC implementation and Quality Training activities 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
  • Knowledge on FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC
  • Basic understanding on Manufacturing / Test Engineering principles, Process Improvements [Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma]
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability.
