You will bring your experience and expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Project Management, ideally within the power sector, particularly in High Voltage, along with an open and enthusiastic 'hands-on' approach.

How you'll make an impact
Managing Non-conformances (SAP Q Notifications), Customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis 8D reports, and Customer Case handling (within and without warranty)
Analysing all failures and concerns on-site, factories and within the supply chain, and reviewing customer site I&C quality plans, method statements, and Quality Documentation
Create, maintain, and manage Inspection test plans (ITP’s), Site acceptance test plans (SAT’s), and Factor acceptance test (FAT’s)
Perform training and analysis on Quality cases and execute internal audits on sites, suppliers, and global quality standards assurance (GQSA)
Work on and maintain a bespoke High Voltage Service Business Management System (BMS)
Maintain the local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with High Voltage
Process Mapping, Development, and documentation in Hitachi ADONIS systems
Produce reports and manage Quality KPI’s in accordance with business targets with cost of poor quality (COPQ)
Your background
Proven experience in Quality Engineering within the Energy sector is essential
Experience in coaching of L6S projects, continuous improvement (CI), and training within quality
Detailed understanding of quality assurance processes, audits, and inspections
Excellent communicator and team player
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Understanding of the ISO 9001 Quality standard and Subject Matter Expertise (SAP)
