Quality Assurance Engineer

We are hiring a Product Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Main Location of this role will be in Venray or Roermond.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
• Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
• Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
• Assuring compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

• Fluent English language skills 

• Experience working in ISO13485 or ISO 9001 or similar regulated environments

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, process development

• Ability to analyse complex problems, communicate and integrate requirements

• Experience with process validation within a regulated Quality System environment (IQ, OQ and PQ).

Reasoning Ability:

• Applies analytical thinking to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Anticipates the impact of decisions on the organization and works collaboratively to achieve outcomes.

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently on assigned projects and programs.

Work Environment

• The office is within our major 3PL operations, either in Venray or Roermond.

• May require limited travel to other ResMed EU sites.
