Role Description and Mission:
As a QA Engineer on our Platform Configuration Ops team, you will be an integral part of our Agile development process, with a specific focus on client configuration and platform stability. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, collaborating with developers to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improving our QA processes. Your expertise in various testing methodologies and tools will be crucial in ensuring both our clients and our platform experience seamless stability and optimal performance.
Key Outcomes:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) for Saas platform.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with Scrum Managers to understand requirements and create testing strategies.
- Perform regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Knowledge of Load/Performance testing is a plus.
- API concept testing - basic knowledge
- Analyze test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve and maintain QA processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile team.
Skills, Education, & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 0-4 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in QA tools such as SoapUI, JIRA, Zephyr Enterprise, Postman, Cucumber, RestAPI, GraphQL
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks Selenium
- Familiarity with scripting languages JavaScript, Ruby
- Experience with CI/CD tools GitHub
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments AWS
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education.
