As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your Contribution:

  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated tests for both frontend and backend using Jest.
  • End-to-End Testing: Implement and manage end-to-end (E2E) tests using WebDriver.io or other similar frameworks.
  • API Test Automation: Design and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs to ensure robust and reliable backend services.
  • CI Pipeline Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI pipeline to ensure continuous quality and fast feedback loops.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews for test scripts and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest testing technologies and industry trends, proactively incorporating best practices into your work.

What You Bring Along:

  • Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in test automation for both frontend and backend applications.
  • Test Frameworks: Proficiency in Jest for unit testing and WebDriver.io or other similar frameworks for end-to-end testing.
  • API Testing: Expertise in automated testing of RESTful APIs.
  • CI Integration: Experience with integrating tests into CI pipelines.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Italian; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
