About the Role
Quality management in the field of engineering with the aim of fulfilling the predefined regulations and plans for project working groups and processes.
-Ensuring the professional completion of the project content assigned to the specialist department within agreed cost and deadline targets
-Continuous, needs-based further development in terms of methodology and efficiency
-Support Improvement of Engineering Processes
Your Responsibilities
• Creation of QA plans / timing with relevant milestones and activities based on eQuote• Definition of quality goals and quality indicators• Planning of quality assurance measures for automotive development projects• Implementation of quality measures (such as conducting reviews and audits) in the projects in coordination with the project management• Supporting the project teams in achieving project and process goals• Organization and coordination of measures accompanying development (e.g. risk analysis, FMEA...) in close cooperation with the Functional Safety Manager• Checking the implementation and effectiveness of measures accompanying development in the project (e.g. from QA Audit)• Initiation and tracking of corrective actions to achieve the quality goals• Regular reporting of QA status in projects• Communication and escalation in case of deviating project status to the project manager / ENG management• Continuous further development of the methods and processes used in the field of quality assurance
Audits / assessments:• Preparation of the organization and the project team for ASPICE assessments and customer audits • Contact person for internal process audits. Processing and optimization of the deviations identified in the audit (assessment).• Creation, update, and presentation of the audit / (assessment) documents• Contribution to conferences and participate in working-groups for standardization (if applicable)
Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications

  • Completed studies at a university or university of applied sciences (FH) in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or alternatively completed from a higher technical institute (HTL) with appropriate professional experience
  • Experience in the field of automotive quality management or software quality assurance based on SPICE and/or CMMI
  • Experience in quality assurance according to IATF 16949 or knowledge of the standards common in the automotive sector (e.g. AECQ, etc.)
  • Structured way of working and self-organization
  • Good IT skills such as PTC Integrity, SAP PLM, business process management systems
  • High social skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, overview in critical situations, problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
