Ensures civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards. Develops project quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements, and checklists; reviews material submittals; coordinates testing; conducts stage inspections; manages non-conformance reports and corrective actions; performs root cause analysis; and coordinates with construction, procurement, planning, safety teams, clients, consultants, and inspectors. Travel to customer locations throughout India is mandatory.

• Ensure all civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards

• Deliver defect-free construction Key Responsibilities Quality Planning & Documentation

• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP)

• Develop and control ITPs(Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, checklists

• Maintain quality records as per ISO 9001 requirements Material Quality Assurance

• Review and approve material submittals and test certificates

• Ensure materials comply with IS / ASTM / project specifications

• Coordinate laboratory and field testing Construction Quality Control

• Monitor quality of earthwork, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, formwork

• Ensure compliance during concreting, curing, masonry, plastering, finishing

• Verify execution as per approved drawings and method statements Inspection & Testing

• Conduct stage-wise inspections as per check list

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

• Raise NCRs for deviations

• Monitor CAPA closure and preventive actions

• Reduce rework through root cause analysis Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with construction, planning, procurement, safety teams

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

• 3–10 years’ experience in civil construction quality

• Knowledge of IS codes, ISO 9001, drawings & specifications Note: Travel to the customer location is mandatory ( all over INDIA) Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction quality practices

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Drawing interpretation and inspection skills

• Communication and coordination ability

Skills Required

Diploma, BE, or BTech in Civil Engineering
3-10 years of experience in civil construction quality
Knowledge of IS codes, ISO 9001, drawings, and specifications
Strong knowledge of civil construction quality practices
Good documentation and reporting skills
Drawing interpretation and inspection skills
Communication and coordination ability
Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout India
