Job Description
Main responsibilities
To assist QAI in the implementation of a suitable system of QA operations to effectively and efficiently monitor the compliance of airworthiness requirements and safety by Asia Digital Engineering Part 145 AMO in its effort to maintain aircraft serviceability.
Specific Functions
a. Assist in the planning, administration and monitoring of the QA planned audit program to ensure that all audits are being carried out as per program.
b. Assist in the planning, administration and monitoring of the surveillance schedule to ensure that all surveillances are being carried out as per schedule.
c. Assist in the planning and administration of directed audits such as new line stations, new vendor contractor etc. and ensure that they are being carried out as per requirement.
d. To prepare QA department monthly report.
e. To conduct system and non-technical audit/ surveillance in accordance with the company, operator and CAAM / NAA requirements.
f. To monitor and manage corrective and preventive actions resulting from an audit/surveillance and ensure the implementation.
g. To assist in administrating system of control and monitoring of the company vendors and contractors.
h. To assist in monitoring and renewal application of organisation approvals.
i. To assist in development, update and procedures amendment pertaining to QA department and to ensure that they are in compliance with the company and CAAM requirements.
j. To assist in the administration of the MOE, Maintenance Procedure Manual Volume 1, Quality Notices, forms and other relevant publications.
k. To assist in forms amendment which involves initial development and update.
l. To assist HQA and QAM in budget planning for all QA sections.
m. To prepare man-hour planning to ensure sufficient staff are available for relevant QA activities.
n. To assist in QRM preparation and compilation.
o. To carry out any other task as directed by the HQA or QAM.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Part 145 AMO regulations and airworthiness requirements
- Familiarity with CAAM / NAA regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Experience conducting system and non-technical audits and surveillances
- Ability to manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits/surveillances
- Experience preparing QA reports, MOE, Maintenance Procedure Manual documentation, and quality notices
- Experience with vendor/contractor control and monitoring processes
- Ability to assist in budget and man-hour planning for QA activities
- Ability to assist in QRM preparation and procedure development/updates
