Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for conducting automated testing on our software applications to
ensure e􀆯iciency and e􀆯ectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Develop and update scripts to automate testing processes,
ensuring they are both e􀆯icient and e􀆯ective.
 Identify, analyze, and meticulously document test results.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop e􀆯ective
strategies.
 Verify that software applications meet both functional and
non-functional requirements.
 Perform thorough post-release and post-implementation
testing.
 Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with various
teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
 Confirm and validate identified defects.
 Continuously maintain and improve the automated scripts
and framework.
 Regularly assess and implement new tools and technologies
to enhance testing e􀆯iciency.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
 Hands-on experience of less than 1.5 years as an Automation
Test Engineer.
 Basic Python programming knowledge and hands-on
experience.
 Familiarity with testing concepts and process management.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
DESIRED:
 Domain knowledge in Positive Train Control or Locomotive
domain.
 Good understanding of IBM test management tools.
 Exposure to Eclipse/PyCharm.
