Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with Cyara and Genesys to play a key role in our contact center modernization initiative. 
Within our client's organization, several Testing/QA Teams are responsible for diverse applications such as IVR, Routing, WWE, and Reporting. Our client is transitioning the IVR/Routing application from Legacy Systems (CISCO/AVAYA) to the Genesys Platform on a line-of-business basis. 
As part of our QA team, you'll take ownership of comprehensive end-to-end call flow validation, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance of our contact center solutions. You will have a chance to be involved in development of custom innovative solutions around Cyara.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual, automation, and performance test scripts for Contact Center applications.
  • Drive innovation through Proofs of Concept (POCs) to enhance the test lifecycle and reduce execution time.
  • Automate test preparation and execution processes by integrating with APIs.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements in an Agile environment to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Define test strategies, create detailed test cases, estimate QA efforts, and manage test planning and reporting.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing, logging detailed defects using Rally (Agile Central).
  • Lead and manage testing efforts across multiple domains and applications, including System Integration and End-to-End Testing.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering within the Contact Center Solutions (CCS) domain.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cyara for contact center testing and automation.
  • Experience in Genesys call routing and custom CTI softphone application development.
  • Experience with digital communication platforms such as Chat, Chatbot, Email, and SMS.
  • Proficient in log verification tools like Splunk and familiar with Genesys tools like GA/GAX and Pulse.
  • Skilled in API testing and experienced with Cyara Service Libraries and Postman.
  • Experienced in load testing using Cyara Cruncher.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile environments using tools like Rally (Agile Central) for project tracking and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
