For our latest product, an innovative cloud-based work management solution, we are looking for game-changers, big thinkers and doers who are ready to join our journey as Quality Assurance Engineer. We are a passionate and entrepreneurial group of software enthusiasts, aiming to revolutionize work and resource management. Our new solution is taking us beyond Genetec’s core market, deeper into our customer operations. We have been working closely with trusted development customers that are using our beta-platform in production already and are now getting things ready for a general market release.


What your day will look like

  • Be an integrated part of an agile software development team
  • Design and execute manual and automation test cases for web and mobile apps
  • Analyze and identify presence of any issue or defect in system and assist developers in the validation and resolving of issues and defects
  • Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing
  • Proactively raise potential issues and problems and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Participate and contribute in feature plannings

About you

  • Experience. You have at least 2 years of proven experience in field of software quality assurance in an agile environment.
  • Problem Solving. You are an out-of-the-box thinker with strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Manual Testing. You have good understanding of QA processes, you are familiar with test case management tools, API testing tools and have basic SQL knowledge.
  • Automation. You have good programming skills (JavaScript or Typescript)and experience with any automation framework (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium/Appium).
  • User Perspective. You are able to look at things from a user perspective and you have an eye for detail.
  • Excellent Communications. You are fluent in English, and you can clearly communicate any issues, and give status reports.
  • Self-drive. You are an independent, fast learning self-starter who wants to be part of a flourishing, curious and innovative organization. You are an energetic, passionate and driven team player.
  • Growth-oriented. You’re self-aware and proactively seek feedback. You see every day as an opportunity to improve. Yourself, your team and the organization.

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications and professional experience, starts from EUR 50 000,-- gross annually.
