What you’ll achieve
As a Quality Assurance Engineer 1, you will be part of Global Operation Quality team to drive the effort towards Quality 4.0 transformation.
Your key task will be to manage Quality Metrics & Drive for Improvement.
Among other key task will be to develop or support to establish Quality analytic/predictive tool, Big Data analysis and drive for Quality improvement.
You will work with Global Data Analytics Team and local team members from various department on Quality improvement & projects toward automation & digitalization.
You will:

Work with Manufacturing and other supporting teams on projects to drive for Quality improvement.

Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope, supports products, processes and applications with specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.

Completes small-scale routine product launches and acts in a supporting or joint ownership role on large-scale product launches.

Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and other exempt professionals in the group or department.

Resolves complex system issues and interacts with vendors on failure trends

Essential Requirements

Typically requires 0+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience

Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

Proficient in SQL, Python or other relevant programming language

Data Visualization tool knowledge with good communication skills

Knowledge in Quality or Machine Learning is an added advantage
