The Quality Systems Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of outbound freight documentation, supporting shipping operations, and maintaining compliance with quality and logistics standards. This role works closely with warehouse and distribution center (DC) leadership to ensure smooth shipment processing and operational efficiency.

• Sort, prepare, and create all outbound freight paperwork using SAP
• Manage all Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments and generate Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Audit manifests and loading documents to ensure accuracy and proper truck loading
• Oversee and maintain the re-delivery area, ensuring organization and timely processing
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure all required paperwork is prepared and available when needed
• Support DC management with KOS Tier board updates and daily management activities
• Assist across operational pillars (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) as needed
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, and freight documentation preferred
