Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance/Tester to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client. The team will develop and implement a Salesforce solution that will replace the client’s existing thirty-one (31) existing program area applications (primarily Microsoft .NET), which often supports overlapping functions, each with its own interfaces and unique outputs. The solution must eliminate the manual effort to process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for a number of program applications while continuing to electronically process the $1.5 billion annually (and 100,000 transactions per year) for the fund which is currently managed via Oracle E-Business Suite. The implementation services include all the work required to prepare, modify, and configure the solution to meet solution requirements including the preparation and loading of data, system testing, applicable training, organizational change management, go-live and post-go-live support.
The Salesforce Quality Assurance/Tester will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Development of test plans, test scripts, test data, user roles, and related project documents.
Execution of plans including leading and conducting unit, system, integration, performance, interface, regression, performance, and scalability testing. - Supports and facilitates user acceptance testing in alignment with Project Tasks and Deliverables and Phased System Testing and Acceptance Procedures.
- Facilitates defect reporting processes in alignment with all project plans.
- Accountable for the solution meeting, or exceeding, established quality goals and objectives.
- Responsible for validation and certification of requirements from the Contract through testing completion.
- Responsible for requirements quality control definition, establishment, and validation throughout the project.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all testing, including the facilitation (defect logging and reporting) of user acceptance testing (or methodologically equivalent activity for accepting the system for production go-live).
- Responsible for the creation of test scripts and scenarios fully traced to the validation of each functional and non-functional requirement.
- Responsible for the validation of all identified defects no matter the resolution/mitigation, including system training, business process training (OCM/BPM), data quality (integration or data migration), or data science.
- Responsible for testing in support of, and specific to, multiple solutions roles including, but not limited to, Project Managers, solution Programs (DORIIS, etc.), solution dashboard consumers.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in usability testing in addition to
working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms, sharp
eye for detail and communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills. - Must possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of working experience with Salesforce Testing.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of extensive working experience with Test Automation.
- Must be able to provide references for all projects used to meet the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum one (1) year of experience with Accessibility Testing.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum one (1) year of experience with Workday.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum one (1) year of experience with JMETER Performance Testing
