Quality Assurance Associate

As a Quality Assurance Associate, your tasks will include the following:

• Conduct investigations in relation to suspicious behaviour in Online Proctored and Classroom LanguageCert exams.
• Ensure investigations are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Manage communications with candidates and/or test centres.
• Ensure Quality Assurance files and records are accurately maintained and complete accurate and timely reports of actual and suspected malpractice cases investigated.
• Identify improvements, contribute to ‘lessons learned’ activities and process reviews.
• Contribute to maintaining current and up-to-date LanguageCert policies and procedures.
• Be familiar with regulatory conditions and requirements.
• Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, master’s degree, or MBA will be considered an asset.
• Proven track record of audit experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
• Advanced computer literacy. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Appropriate experience of interacting with senior management staff.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create trust and maintain strict confidentiality.
• A clear understanding of the importance of maintaining corporate and ethical standards.
• Well-developed multitasking and organizational skills under tight deadlines in a fast-paced complex environment.
