CIM Quality Assurance Application Engineer II Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CIM Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for providing CIM/MES/NGMB(Message Bus)/EMI(Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence) implementation support to customers. A principal activity of this position is to test MES/NGMB/EMI system, product documentation and deploy the MES/NGMB/EMI products to resolve customer manufacturing requirements. Other responsibilities include involvement in pre-sales product consultation as well as providing consulting on product to domain mapping to other departments and implementation teams. Position is designated to different products line customers.
  • Testing and Inspection: Write test plans and test cases, execute tests and record test results.
  • Defect Handling: Report discovered defects to the development team and work with the team to resolve the issues.
  • Collaborative communication: Work closely with the development team to promote communication and coordination between teams.
  • Quality improvement: Reduce software defects and errors through testing and inspection, and improve customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Security assurance: Test the safety and reliability of software and products to ensure their normal operation and protect user data and privacy.
  • Improve efficiency: Finding and repairing defects as early as possible can help improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Document Management: Responsible for the management and update of relevant documents required by the quality management system.
  • Training and Development: May involve quality management training and coaching for other team members, as well as software training for customers
  • Participate in documentation reviews as appropriate.
  • Participate in on-going training to customers for sales and marketing issues.
  • Keep up-to-date on new technologies and new products by attending classes, seminars, conferences, and/or presentations.
  • Meet department and/or company quality standards.

 

Requirements :

  • Both of Bachelor's and Master's degree are industrial engineering, information engineering, or related majors.
  • Software Quality Assurance engineering expertise
  • Expert knowledge with minimum 2 years' experience of CIM Solution, develop, and qualification, including, not limited to, SEMI Frontend/Backend MES, Message Bus, Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence, and Report, and so on.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to multi-task and shift priorities to meet commitments
  • Flexibility to travel worldwide to conduct deployment projects
  • Ability to work independently and resolve problems.
  • Ability to write and verbalize in technical subjects.
  • Attitude requires patience, carefulness and persistence
  • Aggressive and Cooperative 
  • International business trips are required (10%)
