Position Summary 
Tidal Basin seeks a qualified QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for one or more recovery, sheltering, or eligibility programs. This position will supervise QA/QC Specialists responsible for reviewing applicant files, verifying eligibility documentation, and ensuring compliance with Program guidance.
The QA/QC Supervisor will provide daily direction, workload management, technical guidance, and quality oversight to ensure application reviews are accurate, consistent, and completed on schedule. This role will also coordinate with case management teams and program leadership to resolve deficiencies, identify trends, and support file closeout.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support QA/QC Specialists assigned to applicant file reviews. 
- Assign and monitor QA/QC workloads to ensure timely completion. 
- Review QA/QC work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Program guidance. 
- Provide feedback, coaching, and technical guidance to QA/QC staff. 
- Review applicant intake forms, case manager recommendations, award documentation, final agreements, and income verification. 
- Identify application deficiencies and coordinate with case management staff to resolve issues. 
- Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements or corrective actions. 
- Maintain QA/QC tracking systems, reports, and documentation. 
- Support audits, monitoring reviews, reporting, and file closeout activities. 
- Ensure applicant documentation is verified through approved third-party resources, as required. 
- Assist with training, procedures, checklists, and workflow improvements. 
- Perform other duties as assigned. 
Required Skills and Competencies 
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
- Ability to interpret and apply Program guidance and eligibility requirements. 
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. 
- Ability to provide clear feedback and direction to staff. 
- Experience with QA/QC, compliance review, case management, or federally funded programs preferred. 
 Required Education and Experience 
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services, public administration, emergency management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience. 
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in quality control, case management, application processing, grant-funded government programs, disaster recovery, or a related field. 
- At least 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Experience with case management portals or program tracking systems preferred.
