Lead design and execution of manual and automated test strategies for core banking transformations. Translate requirements into test plans, validate APIs and integrations, manage defects, maintain test environments and frameworks, support UAT, provide independent assurance across governance, risk, data, security and cutover readiness, and produce go-live recommendations and assurance reports.

- Produce clear assurance reports, risk insights, and go-live recommendations, while engaging business, ICT, and vendor leadership to drive timely remediation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading QA/IQA for core banking or large-scale financial transformation programs.
- Led at least two full Core Banking System (CBS) replacement or migration assurance engagements.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, PMO governance, and regulatory frameworks (CBK, DPA, IFRS9, AML/CFT).
- Experience delivering multi-disciplinary assurance across governance, data, testing, integrations, security, and cutover readiness.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- Familiarity with API and integration testing using tools such as Postman.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience with tools such as Jira and Git is an added advantage.
