What is the purpose of this position?
We are looking for an outstanding, brilliant, and driven team member who is self- motivated and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and improving the knowledge and productivity of employees through effective assessing the quality of the performance all employees within the operations organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Quality and Assurance

· Create and Implement process and procedure manuals/documentation as needed.

· Collaboration with departmental management to create and promote quality measures and goals.

· Record, report and analyze employee performance metrics against departmental goals.

· Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide coaching and corrective action plans.

· Manage & maintain assessment data records and deliver quarterly to leadership.

Learning and Development

· Conducts regularly scheduled client facing webinars for multiple products within the Waystar suite of solutions.

· Regularly works with Operations Delivery Management and Product team members to ensure that each solution-based webinar contains current material.

· Develop educational materials through all stages from concept through delivery, including research and design, i.e., manuals, facilitator and participant guides/handouts, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids.

· Facilitate classroom and/or individual training on a variety of topics, including but not limited to new hire training, product training, processes, and procedures.

· Perform other duties and /or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control.
