The Role
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to initiate forms design library/forms reviews, testing data entry fields and their functions, problem reporting, troubleshooting and resolution.
The Forms Development Quality Assurance Representative will be responsible for owning and executing all test plans for Lone Wolf zipForm and TransactionDesk based products, including functionality testing, end-to-end system testing, regression and automated/manual testing as needed. The Forms Development Quality Assurance Representative will work with Forms Designers and Forms Design Team Leads to define and review any possible issues that may arise during forms testing that may be software or viewer related issues. The Forms Development Quality Assurance Representative will recommend design process improvements that will help to ensure top notch field programming to achieve the expectations expected from our users and produce forms of the highest quality.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Learn the aspects of form design to know how fields should function properly
- Learn the zipform and TransactionDesk product
- Provide detailed documentation to form designers to pinpoint and solve form functionality issues
- Thoroughly test each form for formatting accuracy and field function to assure the forms/libraries work properly in conjunction with our end product viewer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to take initiative, plan, multi-task, attention to detail and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of programming through experience and/or formal education
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with proper interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to perform complex problem solving and identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Should have a high ability for accuracy
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week
- Must have the ability to manage/meet production and mandatory deadlines
- Must be able to follow processes and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM
- Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Computer technical background
- Provide superior team communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Minimum of 5 years computer experience is required.
- EXPERIENCE:College degree in business or computer science is a plus.
