Your Contribution:

• Document software defects, using a defect tracking system and report defects to software developers.

• Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, workflow, output, content to ensure compliance with the requirements.

• Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases.

• Setup environment to allow testing of software.

• Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.

• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness and mitigate any identified risks.

• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development such as Scrum.

• Provide 3rd level production support of existing applications.

• The QA analyst will need to respond quickly to critical issues and may be required to provide support after hours.

Your Qualification:

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent related work experience.

• 3-5 years of quality assurance experience required.

• Strong working knowledge of X12 is preferred.

• Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.

• Results driven and clear commitment to measurable results.

• Superior analysis skills required.

• Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Very organized, able to prioritize tasks, and provide accurate work estimates.

• Responsive to client and company requests.
