Position Summary:
This position reports to the Quality Assurance and Training Manager. This individual is involved with the entire flight operations team on a daily basis. This position will ensure procedures and standards are followed and will also ensure the quality of work is at the level that is required to take care of our customers appropriately and professionally. In addition to working with the flight operations team, this role will also liaise and collaborate with other departments (accounting, sales, etc.) to ensure that trips are loaded, requested correctly, and QC findings are captured and documented accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality assure all new trips as they are created to ensure accuracy per Ops procedures and controls.
- Quality assure trips on a routine basis, as work is being done, to ensure everything remains clear and easily understood.
- Document findings in a standardized location to provide metrics to the Global Trip Support Management team.
- Have regular, ongoing discussions and provide timely feedback to individual trip support team members and or Shift Managers as trips are reviewed/quality assured.
- Provide the same feedback to the Quality Assurance Manager as well as the Operations Manager for their records and potential further action (discussions and/or additional training to be provided).
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with customer service issues as required.
- Assist with training classes, as needed.
- Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
- Assume additional duties as needed and assigned by the Manager of Quality Assurance and Training.

- Providing feedback to Trip Owners of items found
- Documenting items found
Experience:
- 3-4 years of BGA or commercial trip planning experience, preferably from within our operations department
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Specific Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Able to use products such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Word, Forms, etc.
- General knowledge of world geography
- Detailed oriented
- Customer Service orientated
- General understanding and base knowledge of private, charter, and/or commercial airline operations
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:
- None or Some – Infrequent travel of short to moderate duration; typically travel is to planned events, meetings, or conferences.
