JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW
Monitoring & conduct inspections in manufacturing process to ensure product quality comply with company’s quality procedure, requirements and standard, ensure high consistency and accuracy.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and execute quality standards:
- Permanent on-site control quality output across Apparel Suppliers throughout product review meeting, inline inspection and final inspection for sample and bulk orders base on given quality requirements.
- Work with his/her supervisor to liaise with Headquarter for risk assessment, ensure appropriate corrective actions plan in place for production execution.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply to the company standards.
- Support his/her supervisor for making quality decisions.
- Constant alignment and communication with his/her supervisor on workmanship and quality requirements.
Reporting on quality performance and projects:
- Liaise with his/her supervisor and Headquarter for quality inspection report - documentation and maintenance.
- Liaise with his/her supervisor and Headquarter, monitor vendors/factories’ performance through analysis of statistical data. Work out corrective action plan for immediate improvement.
- Support his/her supervisor for quality projects.
Plus, any other requirements as directed by Management
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Apparel technical knowhow, with wide professional experience in a comparable position minimum 5 years.
- Proficiency in production and quality processes.
- Strong technical product knowledge (Apparel, Bags, luggage & Accessories, paper pattern, size grading, fit, garment construction & production.).
- Strong experience with assessing product quality and the capabilities of vendors.
- Good organizational skills.
- High degree of flexibility and good communication with internal / external business partners.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Diploma in textile or clothing studies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
- Travel frequently domestically. International travel will be required.
