Job Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products, systems, applications, and business processes meet defined quality standards and business requirements. The role focuses on preventing defects, improving product quality, identifying risks, and ensuring that software solutions deliver an excellent customer experience while complying with organizational, regulatory, and operational standards.The QA Analyst works closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Business Users to validate requirements, execute testing activities, and support successful product releases.

Requirements Analysis and Quality Reviews
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and technical designs.
- Participate in requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
- Identify ambiguities, gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements.
- Ensure requirements are testable and measurable.
- Provide quality-focused recommendations during product development.
Test Planning and Preparation
- Develop test plans aligned to project objectives.
- Design detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Prepare test data and establish test environments.
- Define entry and exit criteria for testing phases.
Test Execution
- Execute planned testing activities.

- Experience in Banking, Fintech, Telecommunications, Insurance, or Digital Products.
