We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Engineering team, and rediscover new ways to add value to our product. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, proactive person willing to learn and grow with us! And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression testing;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, product management, customer support) to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies;
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies;
• Providing timely and detailed feedback to the development team to ensure swift resolution of issues;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies;
• Participating in the design and review of new features, providing input from a quality perspective;
• Conducting performance and security testing to ensure our software meets stringent industry standards.

Indispensable Requirements

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience or in-depth knowledge in QA;
• Proficiency in database testing, log analysis, backend testing, usability testing, boundary testing, API request testing, etc;
• Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution methodologies.

Additional Qualifications.

• Experience with software quality assurance and testing of web applications and HTTP APIs, including automated testing tools and frameworks;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
