Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Reports to: Quality Manager
Location: Everett, WA
Compensation Range: $22.00 to $ 26.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift (6am- 2:30pm)
Essential Functions:
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance/control & chemical processing philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer satisfaction, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professional ethics.
- Have a thorough understanding of management systems, including the development, documentation, and implementation these systems with respect to domestic standards or requirements.
- Create, implement and maintain standard processing, equipment matrices and procedures to support compliance of flow-down through requirements planning, product realization planning and associated activities.
- Create, implement and verify the accuracy of standard process trees within material requirements planning (mrp) systems and to develop standard operating procedures (SOP's) to ensure process tree consistency and accuracy for like processes/approvals at each plant during the initial deployment of the mrp system.
- Perform internal audits and the development of operational and quality procedures to support the qualification of new processes and approvals.
- Develop and have a thorough understanding of the audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up.
- Create and Support quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting results, including the use of problem-solving methods to promote continual improvement.
- Support product and process quality in accordance with established quality principles, planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems.
- Be able to support quality product applications in chemical processing, nondestructive testing, & surface enhancement processes and activities.
- Support each of the quality functions with flexibility to step in as needed to ensure on-time delivery
- Have a thorough understanding of and ability to implement problem-solving and lean quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Be able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate and implement process analysis and improvements. Have a thorough understanding and be able to implement risk analysis philosophies/methodologies and their applications.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: 0 plus years of experience in Quality surface finishing
Computer Programming Platforms, SPC programs, and Simulators
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Work Environment
Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).

Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0+ years experience in quality surface finishing (no experience required)
- Experience with MRP systems and development of process trees and SOPs
- Experience with SPC programs and simulators
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance/control principles, chemical processing, nondestructive testing, and surface enhancement processes
- Ability to perform internal audits and develop operational and quality procedures
- Familiarity with problem-solving, lean quality improvement tools, risk analysis, and readiness processes
