SUMMARY
Set up and maintain all quality department contract and drawing files. Provide information to callers, and otherwise provide clerical, administrative and business detail support department wide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
Perform receiving inspection in the stock room.
Maintain SDS log.
Maintain filing of Quality documents, work routers, calibration certifications, Machine PM checklists.
Update Quality documents and procedures.
Compose and respond to routine correspondence that relates to Quality.
Assist customers and third-party auditors during Quality audits as needed.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Celtech International Standards Organization (ISO9000) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES
Thorough understanding of Celtech Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understanding of required ISO9000 specific procedures and work instructions related to Celtech.
Complete all work routers and understand the quality requirements for each task.
Complete all quality records required by procedures and work instructions.
Participate in Celtech Continuous Improvement Process as appropriate.
Participate in ISO9000 training as required.
Cooperate with auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum of 2 years’ experience in document management systems, or related experience; or combination of education and experience. Computer data entry skills and typing preferred.

Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop/kneel to file, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
