Position Summary

• Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
• 100% on-site

The Quality Associate II supports clinical trial projects, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). They are responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle. This involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The role:

• Inspect bulk drug and packaged finished product
• Execution-focused, operational QA role
• Primarily floor-based support
• Performs inspections, batch record review, and shipment approvals
• Follows established procedures and SOPs
• Limited investigation or quality systems ownership

The candidate:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years packaging or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mathematical and scientific reasoning skills
• Computer proficiency (IMS, EDMS, or similar systems preferred)
• Ability to work in GMP-regulated environment
