Quality and Training Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality and Training Systems Coordinator to support our Springvale manufacturing operations. This role requires someone who can balance competing priorities, communicate complex issues clearly, and collaborate effectively across departments.
About the Role:
As the Quality and Training Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality, training, and safety systems. Reporting to the Quality and Sustainability Manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the continuous improvement of our operational management systems and external certification in quality, food, organic subject matter.
What You Will Do:
Training Support: Identify training needs, oversee compliance, and ensure knowledge retention and sharing across the site.
Document Control: Maintain and update site procedures, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Quality Systems Compliance: Coordinate meetings to meet external certification requirements, lead the internal audit process and support regulatory compliance where directed.
Safety Compliance: Facilitate training support for safety activities through external providers and internal programs.
Who You Are:
Experienced in ISO and management systems, with a background in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Skilled in quality and familiar with management systems, experience as a quality and/or lead auditor is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using document control systems desirable
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
Flexible and adaptable, with strong influencing skills and a results-oriented approach.
