Job Description

The Quality and Processes Specialist supports the design, implementation, and improvement of the company’s Quality and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001). This role involves process mapping using BPMN 2.0, supporting internal audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance. 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and improve documentation for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security), including policies, procedures, and work instructions. 
  • Model, document, and analyze business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation with tools such as Miro, Bizagi, or similar. 
  • Support internal audit planning, execution, and follow-up; track findings, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA). 
  • Identify non-conformities, support root cause analysis, and coordinate the implementation of corrective/preventive actions. 
  • Contribute to risk identification, documentation, and mitigation efforts across quality, information security, and business continuity domains. 
  • Assist in maintaining the Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301) and support related testing, reviews, and updates. 
  • ​​​​​​​Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in quality, process, or compliance roles, preferably in IT outsourcing or tech environments. 
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. 
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301 and 31000, BPMN 2.0.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Ivanti), Miro, Bizagi, or similar tools. 
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+).
