Position Overview
Support and enhance a global Quality Management System (QMS) and related workflow platforms through system administration, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and user support. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, improve process efficiency, and drive platform modernization.
Key Technical Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements; design and implement workflow-based solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reports.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and system configurations.
- Perform system administration, including user access, site management, routing groups, and organizational structure updates.
- Support testing, validation, deployment, release management, and post-go-live monitoring.
- Identify and resolve system issues, configuration gaps, and process inefficiencies.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, support procedures, and release notes.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise applications, workflow platforms, business systems analysis, or quality systems.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages.
- Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, scripting, business rules, notifications, forms, and reporting.
- Knowledge of system testing, validation, deployment, and production support.
- Experience with systems integration, automation, and enterprise application support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Fluent English is a must
- Preferred: Experience with QMS platforms and quality processes (CAPA, NCR, RMA, Audit, Training, Document Control).
Travel Requirements
- Limited travel, primarily for onboarding, workshops, major deployments, or team planning sessions.
- Estimated travel requirement: up to 10%
