Job Summary
As a QA Analyst within Wholesale Lending Services, you ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in loan operations. You leverage your analytical expertise and risk mindset to review transactions and drive process improvements. You play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Review customer files and transactions against established QA criteria.
- Ensure completion of quality-related requests and SLAs accurately and timely.
- Analyze errors to categorize impact and escalate issues as needed.
- Enter quality information in system of record for tracking and reporting.
- Provide verbal and written summaries of findings, including impact and risk assessment.
- Track open items and take appropriate action within deadlines.
- Use product and process knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and testing job aids are followed and updated.
- Make recommendations to enhance testing job aids and processes.
- Liaise effectively with other departments, including front, middle, and back office.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in lending services or back office/BFSI operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of loan systems such as Loan IQ.
- Apply strong problem-solving and investigative skills to resolve loan operation issues.
- Utilize proficiency in MS Office and analytical capabilities.
- Exhibit a risk and control mindset in daily activities.
- Adapt to shift work as required.
- Perform under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
