Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $94,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to facilitate and oversee the change and release management functions within our centralized IT department. This role is critical to ensure that IT changes and software releases are implemented efficiently, securely, and in compliance with banking industry regulations.

Essential Functions

• Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process

• Facilitate change review meeting

• Ensure all changes and releases comply with audit and regulatory requirements

• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Train/mentor individuals about the change process

• Manage multiple software tools that support the change management functions

• Develop and maintain change management procedure documentation

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Understanding of ITIL concepts, SDLC, Agile, and DevOps concepts

• Understanding of release and problem management processes, tools, and procedures

• Experience with data gathering and data analysis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of and the ability to navigate Windows, Linux and zOS operating systems

• Basic knowledge of Eclipse

• Knowledge of Subversion, TFS (Azure DevOps) and GIT

• Experience developing simple SQL queries

• Experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Forms

• Experience developing reports with Power BI, Crystal Reports and/or SQL Server Reporting Services

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 5+ years experience in change/release management required

• 3+ years experience producing Power BI reports and presenting in a professional environment preferred

• 1+ years experience with Agile/Scrums teams preferred
