Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Analyst  located in Buffalo Grove, IL .

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager the Quality Analyst role plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of ISO 9001 related requirements and other quality programs. Plans and coordinates internal process audits and ensures optimization of the corrective action system within the operation and with external customers and vendors

Shift- G - 0600a-0230p M-F

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinates activities within the organization to hold up ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conducts internal audits & process audits.
• Coordinates the corrective action system, driving internal and external issue resolution.
• Coordinates the customer satisfaction program, SCARS research and corrective actions.
• Serves as customer liaison for the quality function.
• Prepares research of and reports on audit results.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• 2+ years of Microbiology and dosimetry lab experience
• Good documentation practice
• Clean room, bioburden, and endotoxin experience (prefer)
• CAPAs and NCMRs experience ( prefer)

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)$59,100.00 USD - $81,300.00 USD Annual
