DA Quality Analyst (Client-Facing)
Offshore – Remote, India
- 100% Remote – Must be able to work second shift (India time) to overlap with U.S. business hours

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and enterprise applications, focusing on system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
Position Summary
We’re hiring a client-facing Data Quality Analyst with strong QA and business analysis skills. You’ll translate business requirements into clear, testable requirements, design risk-based test strategies that prioritize customer value. Validate enterprise data analytics solutions including data loads and reports. You should be comfortable in interacting with stakeholders and apply business acumen to make testing more effective.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Participate in business requirements sessions, assist with discovery, capture requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define risk-based test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT) focused on high-value paths.
- Validate data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation logic across Azure data pipelines
- Perform source-to-target (S2T) reconciliation and data completeness checks
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and integrity across layers (raw, curated, semantic)
- Perform regression testing for data model and pipeline changes
- Maintain traceability (requirements → test cases → defects → release notes).
- Plan and facilitate UAT (scripts, execution, acceptance sign-off); manage change requests.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with developers, architects, BAs, and PMs.
- Communicate status and risks clearly to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Skills Needed
- 3 – 5 years of data QA experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Strong SQL querying skills, should be able to build SQL scripts for data validation
- Familiar with Azure data platforms (ADF, Synapse and Fabric)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star schemas, SCDs)
- Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations
- Familiarity with Power BI dataset and report validation

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-driven and proactive in quality ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

- Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions.
- Technical Test – Covering SQL
