Job Description:
- Scheduling and planning internal and external audits across all AHM approval areas (AMO,CAMO,DOA,MTO,ATO)
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely availability of records, personnel and facilities for audits and inspections.
- Act as liaison between Quality & Aviation Safety team and operational departments for audit preparation and response coordination.
- Establish and maintain a Certifying Staff database inclusive of qualification, experience and training records. Ensure the training records are regularly updated.
- Prepares company approval certificates for successful applicants and issues approval stamps accordingly as well as ensures accurate records.
- Support in tracking open findings, corrective actions and verifying closure evidence, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain a register of all publications issued to the Quality Department and ensure currency of all manuals.
- Ensure document control practices align with regulatory and AH standards.
- Format and process manual revisions and and amendments for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Provide secretarial support to the Head of ASNQ and administer the department filing system.
- Coordinate internal ASNQ meetings, prepare meeting minutes and monitor completion of agreed actions.
- Generate periodic reports to support Quality management reviews and management meetings.
- Participate in quality and compliance improvement initiatives including root cause analysis support.
- Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
- Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
