Overview
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) team is looking for a Research Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about research, the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
Perform end-to-end research (Qualitative and quantitative):
1. Do briefing sessions and Scoping research projects
2. Design research instruments: Screeners, questionnaires and moderation guides, among others.
3. Scripting and data processing
4. Moderation of in-depth interviews and focus groups
5. Analysis
6. Charting and reporting
7. Oral presentations
All About You
• Senior level of qualitative and quantitative research experience
• Project Management Expertise
• Soft skills related to a Managerial position: Ability to negotiate, strong analytical skills and team work

• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
