The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Qualification Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Rapidly engaging newly assigned inbound leads through phone, email, and other approved communication channels, with a focus on meeting established service-level expectations and creating a timely, professional first impression.
  • Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs, buying intent, clinical need, timeline, authority, and care setting, and identifying opportunities that require immediate escalation or deeper clinical or commercial expertise.
  • Reviewing inbound leads for completeness and accuracy, researching accounts and contacts as needed, and maintaining accurate lead status, disposition, follow-up activity, and customer interactions within Salesforce.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate field or virtual sales representative with complete documentation, including customer need, products discussed, qualification findings, next steps, and recommended urgency, while coordinating territory ownership questions as needed.
  • Partnering closely with Sales Operations, Virtual Sales, Field Sales, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to support efficient lead flow, seamless customer handoffs, continuous process improvement, and improved sales productivity and conversion.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND [1] years of sales, inside sales, customer service, lead development, or related experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND [5] years of sales, inside sales, customer service, lead development, or related experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong discovery, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospective customers professionally and identify true sales opportunities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system; experience with Salesloft or a similar sales engagement platform.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $43,280 - $59,510, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
