Doel van de functie:
Het beschikbaar stellen en houden van gekwalificeerde productiesystemen al dan niet met een hoge graad van automatisering/innovatie voor de toegewezen assets binnen de IPT. Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en apparatuur.
Bijdrage leveren in de tweedelijns storingsanalyse bij langdurige stilstanden van geautomatiseerde productiesystemen en het treffen van maatregelen om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen voor de toegewezen assets binnen de IPT.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen van change control records en verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van wijzigingen aan productieapparatuur.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de gekwalificeerde status van productieapparatuur, procesinstallaties en utiliteiten.
- Zelfstandig opstellen van kwalificatie strategieën en documentatie inclusief de uitvoering.
- Neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire complexe technische projecten ter verbetering van bestaande productieapparatuur en aanschaf van nieuwe apparatuur.
- Projectleider voor onderhoudsprojecten ter verbetering van bestaande productieapparatuur, complexe revisie projecten en aanschaf van nieuwe apparatuur.
- Doet verbetervoorstellen ten aanzien van procedures en instructies die betrekking hebben op beheer, onderhoud en bediening van apparatuur.
- Nauwe samenwerking met productie-, kwaliteitsafdelingen en engineering teams om technische problemen snel en effectief op te lossen (tweedelijns storingsanalyse bij complexe problemen).
Jouw profiel
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een gereguleerde productieomgeving, op HBO‑denkniveau
- Brede technische kennis van apparatuur en productie‑installaties
- Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Proactief, innovatief, resultaatgericht en analytisch
- Ervaring met projectmanagement.
