Are you the go-to person who always knows where the numbers are hiding? Join us as a QSR Administration Assistant and help keep our team running smoothly! You'll be that reliable sidekick supporting our Customer Managers, keeping track of pricing, promotions, forecasts, and helping new products make their debut. From crunching spreadsheets to coordinating meetings and tastings, your knack for organisation and detail will make every day a little easier (and tastier). What you'll be doing.
- Provide daily commercial and administrative support to Customer Managers for QSR & Chain Accounts.
- Prepare and manage essential documentation, including pricing files, contract summaries, and accrual schedules.
- Support processes for tenders, contract renewals, and annual pricing reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract data in systems like ERP and CRM.
- Assist with margin tracking, deal validations, and post-promotion analyses.
- Act as a key coordination point across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years' professional experience in sales administration, commercial support, or analyst roles in FMCG or foodservice sectors.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high attention to detail, especially with numbers and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational abilities and capability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Clear communication style combined with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and professionalism handling confidential data.
