"Reporting directly to the QSS manager, the role of the QSS Exec is crucial to our organization's success, as they are responsible for supporting and delivering results in multiple quality improvement initiatives.
In this position as QSS Exec, you are responsible for ISO Management System, ISO Document control, Customer requirement compliance, Product Compliance requirement from company group and local regulations tracking for improvement. Also give editorial support to colleagues who are creating and updating Quality documents related to the company’s Quality, Sustainability, and Safety System Management
You are also responsible for maintaining, implementing, and improving the organization’s quality management systems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. This role involves monitoring and auditing internal processes, leading quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety."
- ISO Management System and ISO Document control.
- Support in the creation, updating and maintenance of ISO-approved written work procedures in the documentary system, complies with the organization and management rules.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure all quality control procedures are followed.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of facilities and work processes.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management, regulatory bodies, and external audits.
- Prepare and present reports on quality and safety performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation of corrective actions, safety drills, and risk mitigation activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to actively participate in identifying potential risks and quality concerns.
- Work with HR in Building Management activities
- To be part of the IS/QSS team to support Malaysia IS team from time to time if Singapore IS is unable to resolve issues remotely
- To assist in IS activities from time to time that cannot be completed remotely
