QSC Senior Finance Analyst

As QSC Finance senior analyst, you will perform FP&A / Business partnering roles by owning Supply Chain P&L lines, taking the role of controller position for Supply Chain P&L, and leading Forecast and Budget.

Responsibilities:

• Primary internal customers are his/her Line Manager, other Finance functions, Head of Finance, Quality and Supply Chain team, but expected to support other related functions such as Marketing and Sales Planning. There will be frequent collaboration and alignment with global team too.

• To prepare and analyse management accounting reports which are Supply Chain Costs related.

• To prepare periodic forecast and budget on Supply Chain Costs (P/L and inventory)

• To support for monthly and annual financial closing

• To support and perform ad-hoc financial analysis utilising various financial models to provide financial insight and analysis and to drive the business performance of the organization

• As Haleon is still new company, budget process and reporting standardization / simplification is also expected based on understanding the business and ways of working in each function.

• To support managerial decision making and assist senior management team with patience to deliver outcome even with complicated data or short submission deadliness. Logical and reasonable approach with analytical skill is highly expected. (Act/Fcst/Budget analysis)

• To support any ad-hoc projects which are Business-related Projects (with Domestic and International Internal Stakeholders)

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Working experience in Finance Dept. in a multi-national company minimum 7 years.

• Basic knowledge of cost accounting (intermediate preferred over basic)

• Understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, Japanese GAAP (minor).

• Intermediate or higher skill of Excel (must).

• Financial accounting software (SAP) proficiency is advantageous

• Communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level), both in written and speaking.

• Nissho Boki 2nd grade or more (CPA or equivalents, work experience at audit company is plus)

• Persistent in analyzing data, finding solution or answer
